
Chili Cheese Corn Salad2 - 16oz. cans corn drained, 1 cup red or green pepper, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 (9oz.) pkg Frito Lay Chili Cheese Corn Chips. Mix first 5 ingredients together and refrigerate over night.. Just before serving, add the crushed corn chips.
